The Cape Cod & Islands Chapter (MA VI) of the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club will host its 48th annual Blessing of the Bikes.
The location is West Dennis Beach, Massachusetts. Gates open at 9:30 am. The on-site blessing will happen at noon. Plan on being there, registered & parked by 11:30 am. The minimum suggested participation for the Blue Knights motorcycle blessing donation is $5.
The proceeds will go to the Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club to be used for charitable purposes:
-Blue Knights Special Fund (assisting fellow Officers involved in motorcycle accidents)
-Cape Cod Times Neighbors Fund
-Cape & Islands Veterans Outreach Center
-Cancer Research Institute
Refreshments will be available for purchase. If you are interested in being a vendor at the Blessing, you should contact the Chairman.
In years past, up to 1,500 motorcycles traveled from every State in New England to be a part of the Massachusetts Bike Blessing, with an estimated 2,000-2,250 people in attendance.
