The Thunder in the Rockies Bike Rally will not happen in 2023. This motorcycle rally in Loveland, Colorado, has been permanently canceled. This was announced in July 2023.
One noted reason for the cancellation of the Thunder in the Rockies is so they can focus on Realities for Children fundraising at the Realities Ride and Rally. This is a fundraiser to help abused and neglected kids.
As of May 19, 2023, dates for the 2023 Thunder in the Rockies have not been announced. Keep checking their site for updates.

2022 Thunder in the Rockies Update
First, here is some good news – the Loveland’s Thunder in the Rockies Rally’s 2022 dates are now live.
Next, the 2020 and 2021 Thunder in the Rockies did not happen. And here are some of the reasons noted why Loveleand’s Thunder did not occur in 2021:
– The possibility of Covid restrictions
– The entertainer’s Covid concerns
– Vendors, sponsors, and partners having supply chain issues as well as a lack of labor and inventory
But in light of the event’s cancellation, there is some good news. That is, the Thunder in the Rockies concert tickets were refunded. As you know, many rallies just kept the money. And these rallies said that they would honor the tickets for next year.
The Forever Family Ride still happened. For those who do not know, this ride generated $28,000 for Realities for Children. Realities for Children helps abused, neglected, abandoned, or at-risk youth.

2022 Loveland Bike Rally Overview
First, the 2022 Thunder in the Rockies rally will be held on Labor Day Weekend. Again, the rally will be held at Thunder Mountain Harley in Loveland, CO. Also, this Loveland bike rally is on LightningCustoms.com’s Major Motorcycle Rallies List.
Next, riding is one of the huge draws during the Loveland motorcycle rally. And the riding in the Rocky Mountains is simply outstanding! All you must do is go west and quickly be in the Foothills.
In addition to riding, many attractions are set up for the Thunder in the Rockies Bike Rally. For instance, there will be local and national bands and a motorcycle show at the rally. Also, there will be stunt shows, stage performance girls, contests, a Harley giveaway, demo rides, a bikini bike wash, and vendors.
