First the Brit Jam is the annual British Iron Association of Connecticut’s motorcycle show & swap meet.
Next, it is held every year (Barring State and Federal Pandemic Prohibitions) on the third Sunday in August. And the Brit Jam is Connecticut’s premier showcase to see a great collection of British Motorcycles, along with a lot of other brands of Motorcycles, who compete in the show.
Note that the Brit Jam is an “All Types / All Brands” motorcycle show. And this is where people from all over, bring, or ride their show quality motorcycles and compete for “Best in Category”, “Best in Show” and Best of the Best” trophies. Each year hundreds of motorcycle collectors, builders and enthusiasts show off their best. Including the oldest or most unusual motorcycles from among British, American, Japanese, Racers, and Dirt Track. Also the crowd favorite is the “Bitsa” category (“Bitsa” is a motorcycle made from “bits and pieces” of lots of other motorcycles).
Also with the show there will be many swap shop vendors who will be selling lots of motorcycle items and memorabilia. And the Brit Jam also has many retail vendors. Retail vendors can participate in our Swap Meet /Flea Market for no fee. But they must arrive early!
Next, tickets for the 2021 Brit Jam are sold for $10 at the gate. And kids under 16 get in free. Each ticket you purchase get you an entry to win the door prize for that day. And this year the bike is a Triumph T-120. It will come fully sorted and ready to ride! And this means a family of four will have four chances to win! Importantly you must be present to win the bike and take it home that day!
And new for 2021 we will offer food truck vendors for food services. Food truck operators are invited to participate for a 15% donation of their day’s revenue. Please note that the British Iron Association of CT is asking that only one of any food specialty participate.
