General Thunder Beach Rally Info

There are two Panama City Thunder Beach rallies, the first is the Spring Thunder Beach rally which will take place May 1 to 4, 2008 and the second is the Fall Thunder Beach Rally held September 25 to 28, 2008. The spring rally attracts over 60,000 attendees and the fall over 45,000 attendees, but both are filled with activities and Panama City is very scenic with over 25 miles of sandy beaches.

Both of these Florida Motorcycle Rallies are billed as "The Most Biker Friendly FREE Rally in the United States", and a rally that is fun and free is obviously not common these days. The fall Panama City rally is on the 2008 Lightning Customs Major Motorcycle Rallies List.

Fall Panama City Thunder Beach Attractions

Again, one big attraction at Thunder Beach is the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and sunsets. The weather was great in 2007 so the you had the opportunity to check out all of the events not only at the five official venues (Shoppes at Edgewater, Boardwalk Beach Resort, Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort, Pier Park, and the Spinnaker Beach Club), but also at the bars in the area.

Although the official schedule of events for this Panama City bike rally have not been announced, typical events include live music, bike shows including custom American and metric bikes, custom builders, poker runs, stunt shows, and parades. Other attractions at the Thunder Beach Fall Rally will include various biker contests, tattoo show, giveaways, manufacturers setups, vendors and more to be announced.

Although flashing will get you a ticket there are still a number of contests for the ladies including Miss Thunder Beach, wet t shirt, bikini, and other contests for the ladies. The police are also giving out tickets for burnouts and loud pipes, so be careful.
