Bike Week Myrtle Beach General Info
A number of things have affected the rallies in the Myrtle Beach over the years. The first, the City of Myrtle Beach and some cities passing non-motorcycle enthusiast friendly laws in an attempt to end the three Myrtle Beach area rallies (Myrtle Beach Spring, Myrtle Beach Bike Week Fall Rally, and Black Bike Week). The impact of these laws, in addition to changes in the economy and the slowdown in the motorcycle industry that have affected the majority of rallies, has had an impact on the Myrtle Beach rallies. The good news is that Sonny, the longtime promoter of the Myrtle Beach Bike Weeks, has also implemented some changes to bring back the Bike Weeks’ level of attendance, attractions, fun, and profitability for vendors.
Myrtle Beach Bike Rally Spring News
One thing that you will notice is that there is not as much going on in the city of Myrtle Beach and the rallies’ events have expanded to the surrounding areas. The changes do not mean that you won't be able to enjoy the Grand Strand because only fourteen of the sixty miles are in the city of Myrtle Beach. The south end of the Grand Strand at Murrells Inlet is still the center for events.
