The 2019 Roscoe’s Chili Challenge (RCC) will be the 34th annual event.

The Chili Challenge 2019 is not just about the Chili. There are a lot of other attractions at the RCC: bands, port-a-potty drags, mini-bike races, field events, adult games, wet-t shirt contest, other contests, arm wrestling competition, cornhole tournament, rider awards, bike show, hundreds of biker girls, vendors, beer, and food vendors. All profits from beer sales will be donated to the Polk County Christmas Angels charity.

-Cost: the cost to attend is $50 for the entire event (Thursday-Sunday) or $40 for a Saturday-only pass. Tickets can be purchase on the day of the Roscoe’s Chili Challenge.

Chili Challenge Cooking Rules:
-The chili must be cooked onsite. Cooking starts at 8:00am on Saturday morning.
-Judging begins at noon and afterwards the sampling begins.
-Fee to register is $10

Rules:
-Tent camping is included in the entry fee to enter Roscoe’s Challenge, but you have to ride a motorcycle in to camp. Sorry no other vehicles are allowed on the RCC campground for the safety of the attendees.
-Cars, trucks, RVs, trailers, and campers space can be reserved at the neighbors. Fees may vary and there are a limited number of hookups.
-Motorcycle parking on the Roscoe Challenge Campground is included with the price of entry. -You can take pictures, but you can’t video.
-You must be 21 and have a valid ID attend Roscoe’s Chili Challenge.
-A limited number of showers.
-Lots of port-o-potties
-Campsite fires are allowed as long as there is no burn ban.
