Sturgis Biker Rally General Info
The 2017 Sturgis Rally will be the 77th annual event. Simply put, Sturgis is the Mecca for bikers. It is one of what we refer to as the “Big 3” motorcycle rallies (the others are Daytona Bike Week and Laconia Motorcycle Week). The rally is on the 2017 Lightning Customs' Major Motorcycle Rallies
The Sturgis biker rally started in 1938 when a small number of people gathered for some races held by the Jackpine Gypsies Motorcycle Club. Since then, the Black Hills rally has now grown to attracting hundreds of thousands of riders every year to all of the events you have seen or heard of at any rally.
