General AZ Bike Week 2009 Information
Between the Pre Rally Days and the Arizona Bike Week Cyclefest and Concert Series you will have 10 days of events, entertainment, and good riding weather in and around Scottsdale Arizona. The Arizona Bike Week and is on the Lightning Customs Major 2009 Biker Rallies List.
Scottsdale is very close to Phoenix and right outside of the city is northeastern part of the Sonoran Desert that has mountain ranges, valleys, with trees, and rocky slopes which provides some good riding during Bike Week. If you want to take a cool ride through mountains and pine trees you need to make sure to pass through Flagstaff which is only about 80 miles from Scottsdale.
2009 Bike Week Arizona Attractions
Some of the attractions during the 2009 Bike Week will include top name national acts (2008 featured Molly Hatchet, Kansas, and Grand Funk Railroad), Peoples Choice Bike Show, Arizona Bike Week Silent Auction, charity rides, poker runs, the Miss AZ Bike Week contest, wet t shirt contest, vendors and more.
