The event known as Sturgis on the River and the Mississippi River Motorcycle Rally is going by a new name in 2013; Back on the River. No matter what you call it, the Davenport rally is one of the largest motorcycle rallies in the Midwest and the River Rally is on the 2013 Lightning Customs' Major Harley Rallies List.
