Submitting Rally Pictures Agreement

By submitting pictures you are attesting that you are the sole owner of the images and grant LightningCustoms.com and their parent company Lightning Specialties, LLC the right to reproduce, publish, display, edit and utilize the images in any manner or form we choose.

In addition, by submitting images you are indemnifying LightningCustoms.com and Lightning Specialties, LLC from any and all legal damages and expenses that are incurred through our utilization of the submitted images.

Bottom line, if you did not take the pictures yourself please do not send them to us. If you do send us images you are giving us permission to publish them on our site.

If there are any images that you feel violate a copyright, please contact us immediately at SFlores@LightningCustoms.com and we will remove them immediately.
