For over a decade, the Hog Daze Motorcycle Rally has been happening. It is held to share Marion’s motorcycle heritage as the Home of the Hog.

And the residents want to make an impact in Grant County because of its rich motorcycle history. So, both residents and Hog Daze organizers welcome thousands of riders and families.

On the third weekend in August, this motorcycle event will be held at the Grant County Fairgrounds. And this is located only about four miles west of I-69.

And there, it is free to enter the rally. There are camping and RV spots with electric and water hook-ups for rent.

2021 Hog Daze Information

Save the dates for the 2021 Hog Daze Motorcycle Rally. Come out and celebrate Marion’s motorcycle history!

Here’s more about the Motorcycle Preservation Society’s 2021 Hog Daze. First, this rally honors a special moment in motorcycle history. After Harley’s race team won in the 1920 Marion Race, a pig was taken on the victory lap. And this is the reason for the name “The Home of the Hog.” Notably, the rider holding the pig is Hall of Fame racer Ray Weishar.

So, while you are out celebrating the motorcycle history made in Marion, there are a lot of other things going on. Although the official events are still in the works, here are some of the traditional events at Hog Daze:
– Motorcycle show
– Motorcycle rodeo
– Live music
– Motorcycle swap meet
– Contests
– Vendors

Next, fees are TBA. Marion’s Hog Daze is not only fun, but it also benefits charities. Also, you can find more information on the site or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/homeofthehog.
