|Description||On Saturday, May 16, 2015, the Hurricane Alley Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse(R) or B.A.C.A.(R) will be joining the rest of the B.A.C.A.(R) Nation for their 100 mile awareness ride and fundraiser. All B.A.C.A.(R)chapters hold their 100 mile ride the same day in a show of solidarity and to bring attention to the child abuse epidemic. This year, Hurricane Alley is working with Emerald Coast Harley Davidson and Helen Back as co-sponsors of our Child Abuse Awareness Ride.
B.A.C.A.(R) is a non-profit, 501-C-3 tax exempt organization that exists to provide aid, comfort, safety, and support for children that have been sexually, physically, and emotionally abused. All money donated goes towards supporting the fight against child abuse and empowering abused children. Each B.A.C.A.(R) chapter can help to pay for therapy and other items the abused child might need. Ultimately, we exist as a body of bikers to empower children to not feel afraid of the world in which they live.
Registration starts at 9:00 at American Legion Post 382, 1850 Luneta St., Navarre. The cost is $15.00 for riders and $5.00 for each passenger. Kickstands up at 10:00.
Stops include Emerald Coast Harley Davidson, Callahan's Restaurant in Destin for breakfast, the Outpost for bikers, Helen Back on Okaloosa Island and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 11367.
Come out for a great ride and help us empower children not to feel afraid of the world in which they live! Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
