|Description||It is our desire to encompass everything that 9/11 should commemorate while paying proper tribute to those who lost their lives on this tragic day and fighting for our country since. Putting the ride in perspective with the occasion, our celebration of freedom will be present at our staging area - Naval Base Ventura County - Pt. Mugu Naval Air Station. The staging area will serve as the bulk of our celebration event. The riders will then partake on a 2-hour ride through the most beautiful scenery in Southern California. While most motorcycle rides start small and end large the RTTF will instead end in solemn respect at 2,977 full sized flags standing high atop 10-foot poles facing the Pacific Ocean - one for every innocent life taken on 9/11. Taking a knee in prayer, we’ll pay our respects silently before departing.|
There will be no minimum charge to ride in the ride. We only ask that you give what you can. We trust that you will give graciously.
Every dime that you can give to this ride as a rider will be given straight to Snowball Express, Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, and The Stephen Siller FDNY Children’s Foundation via the Gary Sinise Charitable Foundation.
We will not provide ride t-shirts. Everything given to the riders will be donated items.
Every dollar that would be spent designing and purchasing a t-shirt could be one more dollar towards helping our men and women in uniform.
