About Victory Ride
This annual, volunteer-led fundraiser for the Mission began 15 years ago and is still going strong. Motorcycle riders go on a 45-mile ride through the Ozarks countryside to raise awareness and raise funds for Victory Mission.
About Springfield Victory Mission
Springfield Victory Mission began in the summer of 1976 when Reverend and Mrs. Everett Cook started serving
sandwiches and coffee from the back of their station wagon, as they reached out with the Gospel to homeless
men and women on the town Square. Today, the Mission serves the greater Springfield area as a non-profit,
evangelical Christian organization, managed by a local Board of Directors.
Our mission is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through emergency and educational
services that lead to long-term reconciliation, rehabilitation and re-entry into society. For the past 34 years, we have been focused on Eliminating Poverty from the Inside Out.
