In cooperation with Big Barn Harley Davidson of Des Moines, Newton Association of Professional Firefighters will be hosting a fun run July 24th with ALL PROCEEDS going to Blank Childrens Hospital Cancer Center.
It will run from Newton, to Baxter, Melbourne, Haverhill and Kellogg in a poker style run event. Each participant will receive two raffle tickets somewhere along the way (not divulging that) that will be eligible for some real nice prizes at the conclusion of the run. The event will end with Standing Hampton performing on stage, a meal and the awarding of a brand new Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle.
Cost of the ride is a $10.00 donation and the BBQ/Band is $30 per person or $50 per couple. The raffling of the Harley is NOT included in the run, but we are only selling 1000 tickets and they are only $50.00 each.
